The Bird that Never Sang is a collection of new and archival works that serve as a manifesto, a chronicle, and a revelation. Raised in a family where women were taught to remain hidden, suppress self-expression, and conform to societal expectations, I was unaware of how these constraints shaped my life until adulthood. Through photography, I gave life to a parallel reality, a personal realm born from these life events and inherited traits. This book is a testament to that journey.
